ID: grzf8ewYeah, Storm Whip is downright amazing. Another combination that I have my eye on atm is an Aerie Master with Torment and Agony's Judgement Enforcer mod. I mean 5X weapon damage per reload on a shotgun that has a three round clip and a high RoF? Sign me the hell up, the burst will be insane!

Depends on the internal cooldown. Quite a few effects don't have one listed but definitely have it. I got something with anomaly surge and it just said "Shots cause an explosion" or something like that, but it only happened every 3 seconds, so it was very underwhelming.
