This is generally content I enjoy watching, but the FPS counter was too small and I'm annoyed that the video title needlessly mentions the RX 580 and 1650 SUPER, which I'm sure is only to get views and is misleading. Would have been better to mention the actual card in the title rather than only in the description.

Got it, I am changing the title. I know about the fps counter but I couldn't use Riva tuner.

If it is not appearing in Vanguard and modern games only make sure you have the option that enables 64bit process support checked.

I have seen this app used by many, but native FSR support is better in my opinion as it handles film grain and other effects better. Also it doesn't scale the hud of the game as this does. I will definitely check it out though for my self.

it has improved A LOT, the Hud scaling its there. like i said you need to use CRU in order to get optimal results, btw it also has FSR lite for older gpus.

fsr is open source and works on almost every gpu released in the last couple years

FSR uses compute shaders so it works on almost anything. I've seen some people try it on Terascale 2 and Fermi GPUs.
