- Insomniac Games win best audio at Develop Stars awards for Spider-Man: Miles Morales
-
As good as it was, I think Returnal was the best audio this year.
ID: hib3vr4ID: hib76b1Kena: Bridge Of Spirits deserved best audio.
ID: hib7g0fI love Kena, but I think it’s going to take a lot to top Returnal. Opinions though, I’m glad you love Kena, it’s an excellent game, no question.
ID: hicutkuCame to say the same. Returnal and Kena were leagues ahead of Miles for sound design and music.

I dunno, Miles Morales didn't have bad audio. I would even say it's good. But it never blew me away. It just felt solid, I can't call it the best
-
Love the first few minutes of the game. Subtle piano music that erupts when he puts his headphones on. Sounds awesome on my home theater
-
Returnal deserved this award.
-
Rachet and Clank has been forgotten.
ID: hicu25jRift Apart had some of the best sound design I’ve ever experienced!
ID: hicwi27Yeah that club scene near the beginning sounded awesome.
ID: hie9emuEspecially how it links the beat to the controller at times e.g. in the club.
-
It was fantastic on the Pulse 3D headset. Loved the soundtrack that fitted the game perfectly and the city truly sounds live around you.
-
…Yeah I’m not sure about that one, Returnal had way more impressive audio design than MM to me.
-
Only one repeated background mix in all the game! Even rap song it was only at the End..
ID: hid5pywThe game changes the music as story progresses what are you on?
-
Is… is that?
-
Demon souls rivaled vr games with how good it was.
I can say its one of like 10 games where the sounds are insanely hifi.
-
Audio- the often forgotten but so important piece of this media. So under appreciated.

Returnal did win best game, but yeah, the audio design in that game is impeccable
