Hi,
I Just changed my harddrive for an SSD. It's much faster to turn on and at loading games so that's great. The issue I'm having is with the audio in and out of a game. It's stuttering. I opened Warzone the moment I finished installing the SSD and as soon as I was connected with my friend, the audio of the game and the menu was stuttering.
The image is smooth, the loading time is great. It’s just the audio that stutters.
Does anyone have an idea why that is ?

Looking for a game similar to prop hunt. As close as possible. I only have a ps4. Are there any out there? I Know cold War has it but I think it's limited time. And there was prey typhon hunter. But I want to know all my options before I buy. help please?

Gift for father-in-law for Xmas
I'm currently living with my girlfriend's family due to university (far away from my hometown). They wanted to take me in so I wouldn't have any extra debts apart from paying the tuition. I'm very grateful for it and I want to give a gift to each one that they will enjoy very much.
My father in law enjoys Shooters a lot, especially Call of Duty. He normally plays Warzone. We also play a lot of Black Ops 3 Zombies split screen together. His wife is gifting him Call of Duty Vanguard, but if I knew sooner I would have recommended Cold War or Modern Warfare (he only has warzone and bo3). I think Cold War because the zombies and gameplay were slightly better than Vanguard.
He also enjoys STAR WARS, GTA and Marvel games (Spiderman). He used to play a lot of Resident back in the old days, so I was thinking about Resident Evil 2 Remake for the nostalgia feel. Forgot to mention Tomb Raider too.
My first go was Ghost of Tsushima but it's a bit expensive for me right now since I'm no longer working but studying only. I pointed out this game because last summer he was always joking with his wife at the dinner table "ohh we are going to the media shop, we can buy Ghost of Tsushima). This happened a few times because the game promo appeared on tv sometimes hahaha. This was last year, but he told me this year he wanted Vanguard.

My PS4 is being repaired, the disc drive wouldn't read or accept or eject any discs and wouldn't turn off properly.
When they return it, as it has been successfully repaired. Will my saved data be gone? I have PS Plus but I'm not sure if they've wiped my hard drive or not.
Do they wipe the hard drive if they're repairing the disc drive so that disc's can eject properly?
(Nearly finished Days Gone and I don't want to have to restart from the beginning again without finishing) -
Console was manufactured in January and I bought it around March. Worked fine last night but won’t turn on today. It’ll beep and the blue light will come on then immediately turn off. I’ve unplugged it and plugged it back in a dozen amount of times with and without the controller plugged in. If I try to turn it on using the controller with it attached the blue light on the controller will stay lit up for about 5 second then it’ll go off.

Hi everyone, lately i cant use my PS4 no more because my ps4 will just out of nowhere shut down, and sometimes i will see the error message like "Too many usb devices" or something like that, after that it freezes and shuts down, i cant use my ps4 more than 3 minutes without this to happen, i tried everything, should i just take it to repair or could there be any other solution? So any games on my PS4 think my controller is disconnected when the PlayStation itself recognises all it’s inputs. Fully restarting the controller or the PlayStation hasn’t worked. Any fixes?

Quick question, if I make an in game purchase using my primary account, in game currency for example, will it transfer to all other accounts as well?? Or does it only transfer to the account that made the purchase? I'd appreciate any help 🙂

Hello, my PS4 is repeatedly making a noise when turning off or going into sleep mode. It is a prolongued noise, followed by a click. Has been happening for a few weeks now but has gotten worse, with the number of clicks increasing and the console sometimes crashing when going into sleep mode. What's going on? What can I do to fix this?

PLEASE HELP Someone in my family pulled the ps4 power cord while it was still on, when I opened it again its not connecting to any controller, theyre showing the orange light that they’re charging but when press the ps button it blinkd then go’s off

I have my PS4 on the USB Communications method as my PS4 is in a different room when I play from my bedroom and the Bluetooth simply does not reach so I use a long usb/data cable. However my microphone does not work via this method. Any suggestions as to why? Is it the mic? Cable?

i put my controllers joystick back on by disassembling it but the problem is when i put it back together now the trigger either dosent work at all or is constantly being spammed could anybody know any reason this is happening or a way to fix it

Can I log someone out of being my secondary console? I had someone else set up as my secondary console so they could play my games but we're no longer speaking so I would like to change this. Can anyone help me out with this?

My ps4 constantly shows a shaded screen that says “File limit reached. To create more files please first delete existing files in customize>share and manage files> load and delete files” even though im just trying to play my game. How do i fix this?

Virtua fighter 5 Ultimate Showdown isnt showing up in my purchased library despite me owning it. Got it thru ps plus and unlike the other ps plus games it isnt in the ps plus section of my library. Going to the store, the download button doesnt load and when trying to download it using the app on my phone it gives me an error. What is happening??

I have a relative who is a pretty big gamer, plays a lot of Nintendo, but he has an old PS3, and he really wants to get a PS4, but neither of us know where to get the console for a cheaper price or what games to get (other than Ratchet and Clank, he loves that). Do any of you know what to do? He is pretty religious as well, so hopefully more family friendly games

I have had the digital game of Skyrim on the PS4 for a while now, and I just bought it on disc. I deleted the digital version, downloaded the disc version, and when I loaded it up it didn't have any data. I used the upload/download from PlayStation Cloud using PS Plus and that didn't work, even though it showed the data and downloaded it. I deleted the disc copy, and reinstalled the digital, and all of my data was there. I am having no luck finding a solution, so I have come to the community who just might know most about this situation. I would greatly appreciate the help.

my brother and i both have CUH 7215B ps4 pro models. his was
manufactured Dec 2018, mine was manufactured May 2019. we used a highly
rated decibel app on IOS to test the sound because the Dec 2018 one
sounded louder and sure enough when tested at same scenes of a game or
in the playstation main menu it was always on average 5-7 db louder.
These are both the 7215B so makes no sense -
I'm trying to use my mobile Hotspot on my android phone to play games but it keeps telling me it failed. I have the s21 ultra, however my iPhone 11 has no problems doing the Hotspot with my ps4. I ran out of data with Iphone and need my android to work.
I have tried the steps of manually inputting my information but it didn't work, unless I did something wrong. I've been having this issue for awhile now. Even my s7 tablet has the same problem. I think it might be an android issue but I can't even tell you at this point.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have a suspended account due to the prevention of an unauthorized charge.
I called Playstation Support and the first thing I heard was: "We're hear to make sure your play has no limits."
Interesting... well, there was an unauthorized charge on my account two months ago. I knew it wasn't me because I was on the other side of the nation. Contacted Discover and PayPal and had them prevent it from going through, then I changed my account password. I tried to hop on Playstion for the first time in 5+ months to play a game and all of my games are locked and Playstation is claiming I am in account debt due to the charge back. I don't have the funds to pay for the phony charge, not that I'd want to even if I had the funds for it. The Support Phone Number said I need q Support Mumber from the website and the website has been sending me through a loop of "click here for this, this for that, and that for here."
Has anyone else ever had this issue? How did you get into contact with anyone?

ID: hnm9rqoBanks like to tell you to tell them about unauthorized transactions, so they can charge them back. This is terrible advice, and you just learned why. It’s not just Sony that permabans people that issue chargebacks; pretty much every company does that.
You can get un-banned from chargebacks, though, but you have to do what Sony support tells you to do to get your account back.
ID: hnmdk2yCall the Playstation support number for your Country and they'll investigate the transaction for you. If fraudulent they will lift the ban, if made from your console you will need to pay back money you owe.

PS Store “Please Wait” Error Fix??
Does anyone have a current fix for the PS Store “please wait” loading screen error? I’m thinking a factory reset, but wanted to see if there’s another option. Thanks!

I have a problem regarding games not showing up on my profile. I have 124 games and only 18 games are showing up on my profile? Is there a way to fix this and furthermore, could initialization be a possible last resort fix?
If it helps, I've been banned once for 7 days, maybe that's the reason why my games aren't updating on my profile?
ID: hnopufnInitialising your console won't affect this as its an account issue, not a console one. You can try signing in and out of your account and restoring licenses but no guarantees that will work.

So, my ps4 got a overheating problem and i opened it a few times these last few days to see what could be causing the problem and does it need tech support or can I do it myself
There's a huge clog of dust and whatnot on the heatsink and fan, the inside part, i only took out the power supply because I didn't want to mess too much with cables, and i tried to clean it from the dust with compressed air, qtips and everything that could've worked, but nothing did and i need to take the motherboard off and the other components so that I can access the fan and heatsink better and clean them separately
I'm far from being an expert and I'm doing all of this guided by videos found online, but these videos can't answer all my questions so I'm here now
Can removing all the parts and the motherboard to access the heatsink and fan cause some damage? I have no idea where the thermal paste is placed but i think somewhere on the motherboard touching another component, the CPU i think, but i really don't know any of this, where it's placed and against what component is it placed, and most importantly, i have no idea wether removing the motherboard could damage the thermal paste
I really need help I've been on this problem for long, it overheats so much that the ps4 turns off after 5 minutes because of my fan not spinning enough, probably because of the dust blocking it. Yesterday i tried to clean it as much as I could without removing anything apart from the power supply and it surprisingly worked for a few hours, then i turned it off and went to sleep and woke up to the same problem once again. I tried to clean it in the same way again today but it didn't work so I'm starting to consider actually taking out the motherboard so that i can work on the fan and heatsink separately

So after a few hours of being in rest mode my ps4 has no picture and intermittent sound. I tried the hdmi on a separate console which worked fine and a secondary hdmi from another console with the same results.
I read the ps4’s hdmi ports are notorious for breaking. Is this my issue or could it be something else?

What happens if I make my display area too small? I had it at the standard minimum setting forever. My games were all fit perfectly to the screen though. Does that mean I got worse quality because the game had to upscale my small display area (from the sound & screen settings) all the time?

My PS4 has stopped recognizing all controllers, both brand new and older ones. I think it's the bluetooth module inside the console. Is there any way to repair it?
