I'm really excited to try the new combat. I really liked Elex and platinumed it, though it suffered the same curse as most PB games, it was a jankfest. Blocking and doding were unresponsive very often. The easiest and most efficient way to play the game was to stand on rocks and let the AI enemies mindlessly run in circles while you killed them with projectiles. The series has potential if they refine the gameplay systems to be rewarding and actually functional.

March 1 launch seems silly for this one. I might be tempted to give it a go, but so much else is about then. Good luck to them though.

I like all the rpg elements of Elex but I just couldn't get past thr terrible and i forgiving combat

I still dont get it why ppl is mad about 70$ price tag for polished PS5 Sony 1st party games and dont bother when AA production game like this one that has poor animations, poor VO, clunky combat and OK story is priced at 60$. I mean i still played all Piranha bytes games but they are just not worth to buy until at least 30-40$ price tag tbh.

Lets see. Until now gothic 2 + night of the raven is their best work. Nothing compared to it since

lol I have to admit, using Falk as companion, jetpacking to a height advantage, and just stunlocking all mobs with tag team flamethrowers never got old.
