Is anyone caving on black plates?
Got a black dual sense but I dunno I don’t mind the Oreo console
I don’t mind the white controller either I swap between both when one is low

ID: hrxuxq8I did. Every other console I own is black or dark gray so the PS5 stands out and I hate it lol. The white itself doesn’t actually look bad but I like uniformity.

It does stand out and scream IM HERE but my PS5 is vertical next to my tv it already has a presence from its size even next to a 77” oled
Then again uniformity wise it goes well w my oled switch I like the contrast of white joycons and my series s is tucked away in my bedroom but in theory pairs with the others haha

ID: hryd82gI am. I don't mind the white all that much, but definitely prefer the look of all black. I also swap between my black dualsense and white one. Got a blue one on pre-order then I'll stop with 3 lol. But my favorite combo and go to will definitely be the black on black.

You can change the black part of the controllers relatively easily to really personalize them

Looks a bit like Easter colors to me.
The dark/vampire red and black they already did look a lot better IMO. I guess the purple is kind of cool.

ID: hrxtp2tFrom reading reddit it seems like so many people really mistreat their controllers and break them constantly. They must throw them around the room constantly! I've never had a single issue with a controller from PS1-PS5 era.
ID: hrz91goI’m pretty easy on my controllers, and I’ve had two R2 triggers break so far on two dualsenses. My replacement controllers so far have held up much better and much longer but remains to be seen if they last.
ID: hrxuvzuYeah, and no word on analog stick drift fixes either which has been plaguing Ps5 controllers. And really, all controllers.
ID: hrxxohvstick drift doesn’t seem to be too common, thankfully. I know 6 people with PS5s and I am the only one who’s had one controller drift so far. although it’s a bad sample

I have an unopened white controller and would trade need to find a vendor that will allow me to trade. Its literally unopened untouched.

Half of these are either gonna come with clicky analog sticks or drift or bad springs.

ID: hry44y9Makes noises and sometimes you can feel it too depending on the stick. I’ve experienced it in every dualsense I’ve bought that wasn’t a day 1 controller.
