No longer possible to access PSN on 4.03

Has anyone else noticed that it doesn't seem to be possible to access PSN via the normal method of spamming the 'update later' button as of today, since the "Something went wrong" NP-117739-8 error doesn't normally show up after a few attempts? I tried for about 20 minutes before giving up. Maybe something has changed on PSN backend since it is February, a new month?

I tried for a good amount of time last week and had to restart to get it to work. Not tried today.

I used that trick on Monday, and it worked fine. I even managed to set my console as the primary PS5. I haven't used it since then.

I cant. It asks me to update. If i go offline it makes me go online.
