The other day I saw my median size spider chilling in my vents in my ps5 next to my fan I quickly panicked and open the ps5 and I took him out, don’t worry I gently put him in my garden, after a month I found a lady bug as well chilling in my ps5 I found it when I was cleaning my ps5 and opened the side panels and it was hiding in the panel. I clean my room daily and never open my windows, why are they attracted to my ps5 and what’s the worst that can happen if it goes into the fam can it mess up my ps5.

Like any debris, there's a chance an insect carcass will block the heatsink and decrease cooling. Mildly related, I had a gnat die inside the screen on my Bravia tv and I had occasional panic attacks thinking there was a distant enemy in fps games because the gnat was right in the middle of the screen. That lasted for about 6 years until I upgraded displays. Your best best bet is to try to bug proof the room your PS5 lives in.

You should definitely look into a bug prevention spray. Lady bug infestations are not fun. Spiders are going to happen

Chances are they just die in there and that’s gross. Worse case scenario is they breed in there (they like small warm spaces) and now there are a lot of them. Worst case scenario they somehow bridge something and short it out, frying your PS5.
I’d just try to keep your PS5 bug free.

Worst case scenario, bugs take residence in your PS5. Upside, demand rent and get another PS5. Then proceed to repeat the process. Risky business with this whole COVID situation though, stay safe.
