I was thinking the same thing last night. I’d love to see a Chrono Trigger Remake using the new engines we have available, that game is still one of the best JRPGs to date IMO. Then depending on success we could go for the Cross Remake and maybe the game would get the respect it deserves.

Chrono Trigger in the style of Octopath Traveler would be an immediate buy for me. I feel like the art style would lend itself well to that sort of remaster.

There was the collection of the first three games for the Switch years ago. Then there was the remake of the third game. And just this week, Legend of Mana had its remaster released.
