ID: hgj7cc8Yes. So painfully dumb that I gotta wait for a guy to shuffle through all his cards before I can buy stuff. Followed by that same player immediately running out the door when they are ready.
ID: hgjc3q8We all hate this, but I would wager the reason is so some rando doesn't start the run before the laggers get done picking their 18 draw deck because they just backfilled a bot.
ID: hgjclllThe store is in the saferoom. There's no reason not to let players at it right away.
The only thing that can be bought so it's 'out of stock' is the team buffs, and the latecomer gets the full benefit of that without having to spend a copper.
There's literally no downside for anyone to just have the shop be open.
The door can stay locked until everyone is ready, of course.

Love that game but that was so incredibly frustrating. Let's do this mission. Oh wait it has a cut scene. Brb going to watch the cut scene and then abort the mission so we all can play together.

ID: hgj5wrcIn fairness, the FF14 devs learned their lesson after 2.x. Everything after that has cutscenes on the client side after the dungeon/trial.
There's also a button in the settings to automatically skip cutscenes you've already seen for dungeons/trials/raids.

ID: hgj61enDoc is mine. Not only can I heal awesomely, but the middle supply line track gets sooo much damage-reduction cards.
My buddies are all playing these big dudes, but the lady in the doctor's coat with a shotgun is the vanguard. With all my damage reduction and trauma reduction cards I just picture her like a walking tank.

Im really enjoying it. The strange thing is on pc the aiming feels great. Feels a little off on console.

I feel attacked. This is me when I play coop games with my friends, I need to see every cinematic.

ID: hgjiev0I felt there is no other game so unfriendly to play co-op. The whole "you have to be at the exact same point in the storyline" is such flawed design.
ID: hgjja5jAt least in MH:W other people can do something while they wait for the host to get through the story cinematics. The only thing I'd complain about is stuff like KT where the intro cinematic plays every damn time you go after it.

Got hyped for a spiritual successor of L4D but then found out from the reviews that playing solo is worthless. You don't get achievements or game progression.
Multiplayer exclusivity is yet another recent rend that needs to die asap.
