They thought Rebecca did not needed em since having Chambers as last name makes you a wizard when dealing with space

The floor is the item box!

Right! I mean, I do love the convenience of having a magical item box that allows my items to be everywhere the item box is. But being able to drop items was nice. It was just the remember where I left stuff and then backtracking to find it that sucked.

I tend to look for a central room in the map (e.g. the training school main hall) and use *that* as the item box. Since I'll be regularly going through it and it's not far from anywhere else on the map, it's not too much of a chore.

Made me quit the game before leaving the train.

What’s everyone’s opinion of RE0? I tried playing it multiple times, but I can’t really get into it.

No item box really hurts the game. Far too much backtracking if you are a lot gopher

Probably the only RE game I couldn't get into was a bit of a chore to play

Right? I started it 4 times. Farthest I ever got was the part where the train gets derailed before calling it quits.

I personnally stopped After the Giant Bat.

Game fell out of my hands because of the chore of backtracking to move items closer to the new area.

Also second main buzzkill for me was the enemies, I know there's a logic behind it but facing mostly animals felt underwhelming to me, the Leech dudes were not very fun to fight despite being original enemies.

But I won't Say it's a bad game it just wasn't for me I guess...I watched it on YouTube so I didn't miss the story which was decent.

I never bought this game because I heard this was the case 🙁 am I missing out?

All I can really tell you is that I didn't care for the game, but being able to switch between two characters on the fly was a creative mechanic. I think if it wasn't for the lack of item box and really annoying enemies this would have been in my top 5.

Still, if you're interested in completing all the RE games then I'd say go for it. At the end of the day the game is only a little bit harder than RE1 and the lack of a box isn't game ruining in itself.

You have to be really motivated to get through it. It’s a test of patience

I however, failed that test. If you’re a hardcore fan of the OG games, give it a try. I just found it annoying.

The game is good but getting rid of the item box was dumb on there part and since they went from n64 to GameCube no technical constraint holding them back proves my point more

Lmao the struggle I am discovering as we speak

9 : Anonymous2022/01/31 23:12 ID: hv25nur

Hated when you forgot an item and having to run back through 60 door animations to get it lol

The title answers it all. How many boxes are in Re zero?
