I did some digging around on the internet after reading your comment and it turns out I was wrong. These guys don't appear in either original RE2 or Umbrella Chronicles. They're called Ivy + YX and they appear in Dark side Chronicles. I didn't know this because I haven't played Darksids Chronicles.

It’s a different version of the plant ivy monsters from the original RE2 but in the darkside chronicles game.
