I noticed it just recently but didn't want to believe it. What could it mean?
ID: gp7liuhEither it's a random character model that was reused as Lily's in TEW2 or it's one of many very subliminal details for a possible background story. For instance, Leslie was hiding in a photography studio and the pictures in its darkroom strongly remind of Stefano's work. Diving even deeper, you find pictures of a black haired woman all over the Elk River Village. Inside KPD in The Consequence, you can see her name is Amelie White and she kinda looks like Emily Lewis, Stefano's girlfriend from TEW2. There's so much you can interpret into this. I can post some pictures to give you something visual.
