Are there any games you felt where more disturbing and uncomfortable at times than the evil within?

There are not many for me but playing Hellblade Senua's Sacrifice made me feel sick a couple of times. While the evil within is disturbing,it's also really fun. I appreciate what ninja theory where trying to do but sometimes it felt messed up to keep playing hellblade.

I have heard great things about this game bro and am defintly looking forward to playing it.

I only got into horror games last year after dead space. So far I have only played silent hill: Shattered Memories but I loved it.

Alien Isolation and the Outlast series. When you can't do jack shit against the enemy, you feel really helpless.

I loved alien isolation. I played it this year after the evil within, it was also a masterpiece bro. The way they created the alien's AI and the sound effects were brilliant.

Video games don't really disturb me, I just really like horror as an aesthetic. I thought Rule of Rose stood out for being a Silent Hill-esque story and featuring children as its main cast. Released for PS2.

Outlast (both of them), Amnesia Rebirth, RE7 (to a certain extent), RE2R, Silent Hill 4.

You're right and i never even play the game. When it came out they released a movie to acompany to game. I watched the movie before i played the game. The movie made me feel so messed up I skipped dante's inferno the game.

Cry of Fear, pretty creepy when i played it 8 Years ago, and it still makes me jump at times to this day.

I know, scaryness wasn‘t asked, but these scary moments made me really uncomfortable. Just hearing things like a Chainsaw or screams in the background made me go crazy the first playthrough through.

Though the two games aren‘t disturbing imo, i can see why people might find the movement and the design of the enemies in both games disturbing.

Sounds interesting bro, I haven't heard of it but will defintly cheak it out.

Not related but cool to see a fellow naruto fan. I finally caught up on the games beating ninja storm 2 and 3 last year. I only have ninja storm 4 to play but I am saving it because it will suck when i finish the series...lol

While I love The Evil Within I didn't find it to be super scary or disturbing, mostly since Body Horror doesn't really affect me, so take my recommendations with a grain of salt!

I found I Have No Mouth And I Must Scream, Outlast and Amnesia a Machine for Pigs to be more disturbing.
