Let's say Maw messes up with Pym Particles and transports himself into The Hex, but avoids Wanda's mind control. He runs into Agatha Harkness and deems her a threat. Neither opponent knows much about the other.
Incapacitation or kill is the win condition.

Ebony, if he can take on dr strange and Spiderman and win then he can take on Agatha.
Her advantage is she can mind control, and teleport and absorb magic however ebony doesn’t produce any real magic for Agatha to absorb.
Might be hard but if the location has enough stuff around it to use then he could make thousands of small projectiles and keep shooting them till they hit Agatha.
6-7/10 ebony maw wins, Agatha could win if she gets in close and mind tricks him but thats easier said then done.

The Russo brothers said he was a wizard and techno mage, though perhaps that was figurative? I assumed his telekinesis was of magical origin.

2014 Maw would win 2018 Maw would stomp.
Agatha is strong but her strength is in absorbing magic and outsmarting stronger opponents like Wanda.
Maw doesn’t use the same type of magic for her to absorb and Maw has arguably beat one of Earth’s most powerful wizards AND whatever Asguardian magic there was in the beginning of Infinity War.
Maw is can definitely hold his own battle as his 2014 version was one of the last parts of Thano’s army around to get dusted.
2014 Maw is strong and experienced conquering planets with Thanos.
2018 Maw has that same experience but even more fighting Strange and Asguardian Magic.
