Add more details to the whole gameplay. Have passengers slide out the window of a moving car, while you drive. Maybe have it so the pax can use heavy weapons while you’re at the wheel. Etc.

ID: gspegfwI remember earlier iterations where they’d literally raise people from the dead. I guess they changed it in 5 (I played it, but never paid much attention to the EMTs).
ID: gsqptx4In gtav it was done that way on purpose, they removed the injury system from 4 so peds no longer have an 'almost dead' state, meaning they can't be healed, and unlike the pre-gta4 games that also didn't have an injury system the 'HD' games are too realistic to just have them stand up after being ran over or blown up.
So the medics now say things like we lost another one aa commentary on them being underpaid and undertrained in the harsh climate of life in Los Santos, it's a cynical take.
Personally I hope injury returns in 6, and maybe even something like putting npcs on stretchers and loading them into the ambulance

I once watched a paramedic in either GTA IV or GTA V have a fist fight with someone, kill him, and then immediately begin to revive him.
