Also remember to take a moment to breath for yourself every now and then.
We spend so much time worrying about deadlines and time and work and life that we forget that we are human too. We lose sleep and don’t know why, when it’s all because we can’t stop replaying our day in our subconscious.
When life is busy and things are rough, step back and find a time just for you. Even 15 minutes. Those are your special precious seconds minutes and thoughts just for you. You deserve them.

ID: h7gsl4vThe last two generations of Pokémon have had the concept of Regional Variants.
They ask 'what if this species had a sub-species that evolved elsewhere' - and then redesign them based on that.
That has allowed them to make new versions of old Pokémon based on Hawaiian animals, myths, culture, and landscapes (for Alola) or British animals, myths, culture, and landscapes (for Galar).
I took that concept and applied it to other gaming franchises.

ID: h7gu0qrGood call; I was trying to keep to unevolved Pokémon but Kangaskhan probably would have worked for that same effect while maintaining that rule.
I sorta just had this idea in my head of rage being equivalent to psychic pollution and leading to a tear in the veil.
