Scav AI behaviour has definitely changed since the patch. They seem more vocal and will pursue or retreat with more urgency.

Coming back after almost a year, I love the durability and gun malfunction feature.
Took on 1 v 3 in Customs. Got the first two and was in a shitshow firefight with the third. Both emptied magazine, he started reloading. But I had a sidearm and the old adage it's quicker to switch than reload.
Switch to P226 i bought off the flea (never checked it's durability). Push him while he reloads, fire one, fire two......then click click.
LMAO 10/10 would misfire again!

Performance is way down since most recent patch. Hard stutters everytime there's an enemy pmc.

Yesterday I discovered for the first time that the scav sniper on the smokestack or whatever in Customs can actually fall off. I've dropped that dude a hundred times from all over the map and never seen it before last night. Popped him from the overturned train car by big red (415m, my longest kill ever!) with an AK, and he just rag dolled off the thing. I can only imagine pissing myself if I happened to be on the ground near where he hit. In fact now I want to know if the body actually hits or what happens.
ID: hgg4011Yeah you can lure the one on warehouse 5 to the corner of the roof and clap him for an SVD occasionally, since they redid sniper scavs I haven’t seen as many/any filled to the brim with PS 54R like they used to but they’re worth killing in ways to recover the body

Scav spawn on woods, spawned behind the sniper warning signs lol. Walked less than 5 feet and blatted by the sniper on the north of the map.
Comon Tarkov I should not have to have a map up on my second monitor to play your game.

Whyy does having a goal make everyone else god like.
I can do customs run 10/10 and always get out, now that I need that stupid fucking watch I always get exit camped. does picking it up make other players able to see through walls or some shit, cause thats how it feels. I play it and theres like lvl 2's and 20's I get the fucking watch and theres 9 guys throwing frags at me and sitting at extract with RPK's.
Just fuck off and play reserve.
Just gonna camp somewhere till theres 10 mins left so all these try hards fuck off so I can get the watch. Tasks are not fun.

If the vertical audio in this game wasn’t completely broken so many people would need to change their play style. It’s ridiculous how everyone (including myself) can just push on a different vertical layer and completely surprise someone because to them your footsteps are non-existent.

Hacker TTVers on interchange. Shit just never changes. Sitting silent in a conex for 3+ minutes because I heard shots coming. Haven't even moved in 3 minutes, no angles of view at all. Grenade thrown and lands on top of my conex , then get head eyes and he pushes around to my exact hidden location. He is an active TTV toolbag.

So I am newish with only a couple hundred hours. I’ve taken my gameplay very slow. With this event, are ALL scavs raider status or just some? I honestly don’t know well enough to draw a conclusion on my own. I played today and I swear every single one was a sweat that I ran into. All had avg loot except one had an Atlyn etc. yet they all took so many hits(at least it seemed like they did). Thanks in advance!

WTF actually is the health resort on Shoreline, like do people go there to get medical treatment or some other reason because in one of the quests you learn Jaeger was there too.
ID: hg3cl29usually health resorts or sanatoriums (санаторий in russian) is the place that you buy an tour to or at least in soviet era you could've gotten it for free and in its core its a place for rest and restoring your mental and physical health and breaking your routine.
there's hotel like place with rooms to stay, an canteen with more or less healthy food, and a lot of places designated for activities usually an gym, swimming pool, tennis courts etc. oh and usually it's located somewhere remote with nice nature (pine forests are very popular because of the air in them)
tl.dr: place to rest from your day to day routine with some bonuses

Does getting XP on your scav lead to anything like getting better randomly generated loadouts? I have been playing for a while but not really noticed anything...yet...
ID: hg7l5peThe xp you get on your scav counts towards your scav’s skills, but doesn’t do anything for loadout. The loadout is random but you’ll get better stuff with higher fence reputation, which you might already know.

Is it likely that we get a separate wipeless server in the near future? I'm a semi-casual eft player and I dont feel compeled to play the game after investing so much time and effort on a wipe and the hideout to lose everything.
ID: hgf9dutIf you haven't been through a wipe yet, give it a shot before you judge it too harshly. I also was bummed to lose all my stuff, but after a couple wipes I actually look forward to everyone derping around with shitty builds and no armor for a while

So before the latest update, my game was running beautifully, (Ryzen 5 3600 multi, GTX 1060, 64gigs RAM) (Medium to low game settings) Now, since the update it’s running terribly. Almost unplayable. Stutters when moving and shooting, massive drops in fame when moving, laggy/stutters when opening menu in raid or looting in raid… it’s freakin heart breaking my dudes…. Any advice?

Yeah, they’re acting way different.
Also, there seems to be a lot more of them. Did a customs raid, spawned at containers, extracted at dorms, we saw 19 scavs.
