If I have -0.9 rep and kill some scavs to get to -1, will that unlock the quests? 'cause it would be MUCH easier than grinding 0.9 positive rep

ID: hvhhtpdFalse. Alt-F4 and close the launcher reload until it lets you back in. Might take one or two restarts but you don't need to wait until the raid is over.

So it's a way for scavs that kill other scavs to get out of negative karma with Fence? Hasn't the issue of scavs ganking other scavs increased lately? I noticed a lot more posts about it last week. Interchange definitely saw an uptick in this. If they complete the task they gain back a full point?
ID: hvhps46I'd agree if the Santa event didn't fuck with a lot of people's rep. I personally killed him once accidently because he was hiding in a corner and making little shuffles so I prefired him.
Also, many players didn't know you lose rep when he first came out because the game doesn't tell you. Finally, Santa rushed towards dead bodies even during fire fights which resulted in plenty of accidental kills. The event was neat but poorly implemented imo. Santa should have made distinctive noises or maybe had christmas bells gently ringing from him. It's silly to punish players for shooting something running towards them when we're playing a hardcore mil sim.

This event is just the perfect showcase of the repeated bad game design after bad game design. Another one of those things in the game that really makes you think what BSG is possibly thinking when they release it. Like the lack of common sense with some of these quests and additions just can't be real with how many people the changes need to pass through in order to get added to the game.
Why is this quest not available just to people who killed Santa? All of the lore in the quest is directly related to slaying santa, yet they just give it to all bad scavs. All of the people who killed Santa and climbed out of the negative scav rep are being ignored when they should be the actual targets of this quest - not just people who have doomed scav rep and might not even have anything to do with the santa event.
ID: hvhly45Or... give this quest for everyone. There are people with negative karma, who killed scavs/santa and got their loot are getting free rep.
ID: hvhyy3pA lot of people killing santa did so accidentally. For example me, in total, killed the fucker 3 times. 1st time I didn't even know that santa in raids was a thing, 2nd and 3rd time the fucker was holding an angle aiming his gun in the direction I was as I peeked.
What needs to happen next time is that santa has unique audio. Hoho's, bells attached to him, a speaker playing christmas music, anything like that.

My game has been locking up my entire PC when loading into raid last 2 days, freezes my entire cpu to the point where i have to hard reset. No other game causes this but play 2 raids of Tarok and it locks again. Happened today and now my windows wont boot!! Wtf is going on with thjs shit.

So that 3+ hours of downtime last night made the situation worse? Nikita was mentioning how the weekend went a lot smoother and things are going better. Then this. Interesting.. Servers are tanking right now. Backend errors, lost scavs, can't move items, can't purchase or sell items.
Game duped my item, then I couldn't do anything with the duped item because it said 'item not found' as I posted it for sale. Lol

game crashes every time i go into my hideout now.

After the second backend update, the game keeps crushing every day. I don’t know why, it just stops and shuts down every now and then.
The game also stutters whenever I shoot somebody.
This did happen like a year and a half ago and I stopped playing because of that. It was fine this wipe, but it got somehow brought back.
Drivers are fresh, I got more than enough RAM, did setup virtual memory or something like that... Any ideas?

I was doing a customs scav run. I killed a PMC, and went to check the airdrop near the parking lot(near dorms) and there was this dude who full sprayed in every direction with his AK, and a couple of his shots hit me. I wasn't trying to fight back, because I know how this game works, and I barely got my scav karma to a positive after the SANTA event. This is happening way too often today(in specific), for me to not write about it. Are they trying to grind negative karma to get the quests and go +3 +4?

I had a woods raid where the wind sound just disappeared. It was silent except except movement sounds and gunshots.
Is this normal?? I've never had this happen. It was spooky.
I also have night raids where its dark but then it's like Nikita turned a light off and it gets DARKER. Is that normal?

Okay, i might be a bit offtopic but, somehow it fits i guess:
Traitor scavs. I am new and i knew this scav was going to kill me (i also was a scav but killed a pmc before) so i might looked like one. I said to him 'i am a scav' and moved on, but he looked super suspicious from the very first moment.I dropped him a gun and went on.
Cleary, he tapped me in the head as i passed him. Do you guys kill those or just let it happen? (I mean, he could have been nice but i called it right as i saw him...) -
looks like you only get quests with atleast -1 and one at a time so not possible to go positive

Let us use virtual machines in the background, surely there is a better solution other games implement than just no VM. Ive been working on a bor for a text based browser game and it blows the bot can't work while I play

Is insurance guaranteed if no one grabs your loot?
I ran out of time extracting...and my GPNVG-18s haven't showed up from my insurance after 3 days.

if you run out of time dump your shit on the ground. It cant be on your person

If you go MIA (not extracting in time), you will not get anything back from insurance that you still had equipped. If you know 100% you're not gonna make it to extract, just dump everything.
