In case anyone's still wondering why the industry is as secretive as it is and why crunching is so prevalent, just take a look at the reactions in here.
30 seconds of footage that was apparently captured from the Xbox One version of the game and that was clearly not meant to be shown to the public is leaked by someone and what are the reactions?
"Why graphics no good? Downgrade?! Looks horrible! Awful. Looks like game from 2016"

Not sure why people expected this to look next gen or something.
All of their games besides Sekiro look outdated in terms of visual fidelity. These games thrive on artstyle and atmosphere (and obviously gameplay is the main attraction here).
