What? Mobile b4 console, this must be a first. Put in more than 100hrs in two different saves on my smartphone and all i can say is i don't completely understand crpgs, haven't finished it, companions are not exciting( last i checked) but it's still an extremely fun game i'd like to master

ID: hieks0gThanks! We don't really have a marketing person on the team so we don't really know the proper market approach to porting order. A few PC players asked us to try and make it work on Android so we did, next thing we saw that the Android version was pretty easy to remake into a Switch version so we did, next thing you know folks are asking for PlayStation, so a year and a half later here's the PlayStation port.

Have the game on both Switch and Mobile. Great game, deff gonna get it for ps. Do we know if the DLC will be coming too?

I am all over this, as long as it avoids the trap of a mouse cursor on an analog stick. Was hard to tell from the UI flashes during the trailer. If it has proper console controls this will be great.
ID: hieuqrrSure does. It uses an improved version of PC controller controls, which never received criticism in all the years they were available for Steam users. A lot of work went into this aspect!

Gives me Fallout 1-2 vibes, will definitely check it out!

So it's a Wasteland Ripoff. Cool. Cool. Nice to see we are getting quality games as we enter year 2.
ID: hidpfezHi! We were much more inspired by Fallout 1-2 and Stalker series when creating the atmosphere, and Morrowind when making the factions and people of the game, with some MS DOS Wasteland 1 wackiness and travel feel inspiring some parts of the game. I'm sorry to say you will find more Baldur's Gate 1 and Torment references and homages, than Wasteland 2 and 3 references and homages in our game. ATOM RPG is a love letter to much older titles.
ID: hidw879This looks fun, can you advise what the scale is or how long a typical playthrough might take?
ID: hidrosqHow far in the game have you progressed?
Edit: of course the muppet never replied. Trash tier person.

Atomic Heart is officially dead then?
ID: hidpxl4Greetings! We have nothing in common with Atomic Heart apart from the first four letters. ATOM RPG is a 2017 Kickstarted turn-based isometric-esque roleplaying game we just finished porting to PS45 with some additions and tweaks, while Atomic Heart is a 2019 first person shooter, if memory serves.
ID: hie3lmzWhat kind of additions and tweaks?
ID: hidm9ruThey're unrelated

Saw this on Xbox and great to see it on PS now too.
Tell me more about it! Sell me on your game, OP! 🙂
ID: hie25z3A pretty hard sale, tbh, unless you're a fan of old school. Our team likes the Golden Age RPGs like Fallout 1-2, first Wasteland game, etc. If you're into slow-burn (around 80+ hrs to get most of the content, even more to get it all), text heavy (every NPC in the game has at least 4 topics to discuss, usually more) and somewhat hard-ish roleplaying games, it might just turn out to be what you wanted to play ever since you learned they canned Van Buren, at least that's how it went for us and our core player base.
On the other hand, if you are not into stuff like that it might prove very frustrating at the beginning. There are no quest markers, no set path to main objective, the world is open, enemy levels do not scale so you can venture into a late game area with hard as nail monsters from the start and get one-shotted, etc. Still, we have a very helpful community on here, on Steam, and answer every email via [support@atomrpg.com](mailto:support@atomrpg.com) including help offerings to players who are stuck or overwhelmed.
Hope this helps!

like jagged alliance ?
ID: hiel585Only visually, if you squint 🙂 And it also features turn-based combat, though somewhat differently. It's a text heavy roleplaying game, while JA only has certain roleplaying elements and is much, much more combat and tactics heavy.

Get Wasteland 3 instead.
