ID: grzcv63I know 60fps has been around for a long time, and I've played plenty of them before the PS5. However, I was also playing plenty of 30fps games (probably more), but they were balanced. I've been playing nothing but 60fps games for three months, and I recently tried playing a 30fps game and it was a mistake.
I have Yakuza 6 to play before I get to 7, and I'm dreading it.
ID: grzdtbpYeah I really love this game and played a good amount of it before I got my PS5, but as soon as I upgraded to the PS5 version and realized it didn't have 60fps I haven't played it since. I don't care about all the bells and whistles I just want the game to run smooth.

I got this game for Christmas. Good game, far better than what I was expecting.

Shame what happened to this franchise. The first game was good, not perfect, but it introduced some really fun gameplay elements and set the stage for a home run sequel in the same way Assassins Creed did back in the day.
Unfortunately, so many people shat on Aiden Pearce that Ubisoft did a complete 180 with the sequel that featured jarring tone shifts of “doing it for the lulz” to literally gunning down the feds.
I can’t even begin to figure out what the hell they were thinking with the third game, and at 30 FPS, I don’t care to find out even if it’s a free trial.
Maybe someday we’ll get the Blade Runner-esque, dystopian, film noir, Aiden Pearce led sequel to Watch Dogs that should have happened.

ID: gryz6jdIt's not "bad" per se, it's just that pretty much every single open world sandbox game to come out in the past 5 years are better.
It does nothing unique, and it looks and runs pretty poorly. Your time is better spent playing: God of War, Ghost of Tsushima, Horizon Zero Dawn, Red Dead 2, Spider-man, GTA V, Day's gone. etc. etc. etc. etc. Hell even Ubisoft themselves put out 2 far better games at roughly the same time: Immortals and Valhalla.

Got it on sale for 30 and to this day regret spending that money. What a horrible game. The gimmick is fun for maybe, an hour? You realize most of the stuff those characters can do would just be better in a skill tree. Was actually a huge fan of the original watch dogs. Genuinely thought it could compete with gta one day if Ubisoft expanded on the fun parts of the game. The direction it’s gone is just bad.

Just an FYI even if this game is free, it’s still too expensive.
I preordered it because I loved the first two - this one is a giant steaming pile.
I was so excited to play in a futuristic “big brother” London.
What a fucking letdown.

Nice, wanted to try it out, still not convinced, I really liked WD2 but this seems like a dumbed down version.
Also, is it confirmed that PS5 version is ALSO free this week? We already had Activision that was fine with you trying COD Cold War for free, but only last-gen version lol

I got this game free when i got my 3080 gpu and i still felt it was worth too much. Ubisoft hasnt learned from there old games and still has the same grindy sidequests so stopped playing after 10hrs or so and uninstalled it. Maybe others might enjoy it more but i thought i'd give it a go and i want my 10hrs back

Just finished this game actually. It's ok if you can get it on sale. it's a time killer and looks pretty on PS5 but it's easily one of the most repetitive games I've ever played. Go to restricted areas, use spider a lot, and hack everything after you easily upgrade all the useful tech options in the first several hours of the game.

It's actually really fucking bad lol. They took a chance on the AI-route and it's kinda neat but makes for a terrible game.
