Bf4 is the odd one out. Not any of the other titles.

This spells out issues with the devs working on the PS5 API/SDK, meaning performance may vary from other consoles due to issues in optimization. The Xbox and PC both use DirectX 12 API meaning optimization is potentially easier due to similarities, where as Sony uses their own custom API for the PS5.
ID: h8vgu8fnot potentially easier, its 100% easier for devs used to working on PC games since it is literally identical version instead of learning a new API.
Of course though I'm sure the PS5's API probably has some benefits to it that come with its custom nature, but yeah DX12 is 100% gonna be easier for most developers to work with.

ID: h8w7txeWhatever it was, I was shown as scheduled confirmed on the EA site and then it changed to pending, then it just vanished. Was looking forward to testing it, I tested anthem a few years ago and we all know how well that went.

Not even sure if I'll buy it release day. I'll wait to be sure it functions properly. Both online and off. I learned that lesson with Halo MCC, lol.
I love modern gaming, don't get me wrong. But damn do I miss the simpler N64 days.
ID: h8x622cHalo MCC was the biggest disappointment when it first launched on Xbox. Just matchmaking completely busted for months. Idk how that happened. But I play the hell out of Halo 3 still since it’s on PC.

Well, i hope im wrong but im feeling this game might be a bit rushed. By the leaked footage ive seen too. Hopefully not, bc im a bfbc2 vet, but those of you who tested bf4 beta know exactly how i feel 🙂 Also, critical issues 2 months before release? Hmmm so strange for billion dollar companies. But maybe we dont know the whole story. Lets pray.

ID: h8wlywpYep, which makes it playing it on my Series X a bit weird. It takes a good 5 minutes for me get used to the graphics which is weird cause I don’t have that issue playing other games but something about BF4 just feels off graphic wise on the Xbox; but still a banger of a game.
